Every product you buy from frezecim.com is under the warranty of the manufacturer.
You can return the product that you have received without using (can be used for trial purposes, but the originality should not be degraded) destroying/breaking it, in the form you received within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. If you deliver the product to us with a petition containing the product invoice and the reason for the return, the return procedure will be implemented.
If the invoice of the product you want to return is for corporate, you must send it with the return invoice issued by the corporation when you return it. The return invoice must be issued without including the cargo share (product unit price + VAT). Order refunds, invoice of which is issued on the corporation will not be completed unless the return invoice is issued.
Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during delivery in front of the cargo authority you received the package from. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by having a report issued by the cargo company. Please note that after the delivery of the product, you accept that the cargo company has fulfilled its duties.
Items returned in damaged, destroyed original packaging etc. are not accepted.
The customer is obliged to return the product in the condition it was delivered to, and to compensate for the loss of the commercial value of the product due to any use, if it has been used.
In the event that the customer returns or withdraws the product, the product price is refunded within ten (10) days after the returned product reaches our return address.
frezecim.com reserves the right not to accept return of the product, if it has detected any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use and other conditions in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned as it was when it was delivered to the customer.
For problems that may arise after the product is delivered to the customer, the manufacturer/authorized distributors can be consulted. In addition, our company will support all kinds of initiatives on your behalf regarding the problems that may arise in the products or on the manufacturer or distributor side.
Cancellation of the Order
For products returned or canceled and accepted by us in accordance with the above conditions, cargo fee will be paid by the customer.
Transfer refunds will be made within 2 working days, Credit Card refunds will be made within 3 working days. Your bank may not reflect the refund on your credit card account on the same day. In this situation, you need to call the credit-card services of your bank. After the “Canceled” warning is issued for your order, the entire amount will be refunded to your credit card or transferring bank account. Refunds made in installment sales are reflected to your credit card by your bank as plus balance every month.
