All products on our site are under the warranty of the manufacturer or importer companies and each brand's own warranty conditions apply. By calling your nearest authorized service center, you will find repair or replacement of your faulty/defective product with the invoice or warranty certificate, the warranty certificate or the instruction manual. We do not have technical service.

The products you send to are sent to the authorized services by us and the result is awaited. The transportation cost of the products you send to us under the warranty belongs to our customers. Sending the defective product directly to an authorized service will enable you to get faster results. If you have any problems with the Authorized Service, you can contact us.

Terms of Return

I want to return the product, What should I do?

You can make a refund or exchange by specifying the reason within seven (7) days from the date of delivery without destroying, using the product and disrupting the resalability of the product. You must comply with the following return conditions in order to return the product. Otherwise, the product you send will not be accepted by us.


  • Return or exchange time is seven (7) days.
  • You can send an e-mail from our Contact Us page stating why you request a refund or exchange, or you can call us at +90 224 443 04 16.
  • The product to be returned or exchanged must be delivered complete and undamaged with the invoice, box, packaging, standard accessories, if any. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
  • Hygiene-perishable nutrition accessories, books, CDs, damaged or deformed toys, etc. products, there is absolutely no return or exchange.
  • When sending the product to our address with the cargo company, the original box should be kept in such a way that it will not be damaged.
  • In return transactions, the cost of the cargo is to be paid the customer. Counter-payment shipments will not be accepted.
  • The refund will be made to your credit card within five (5) business days after we receive the invoice and the original box of the product without damage.
  • Refunds are only available on weekdays (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).
